About APA

A community rooted in heritage and built for the future.

Alberta Punjabi Association brings together families, elders, youth, and community partners to celebrate Punjabi culture and provide meaningful community care across the province.

Built by Community

APA grows through volunteers, families, youth, and partners who care deeply about Punjabi culture and community wellbeing.

Our Story

Registered in 2026, APA was formed to ensure Punjabi heritage thrives in Alberta. We create spaces where elders share stories, youth grow as leaders, and newcomers feel supported from their first days in Canada.

With volunteer leadership and community partnerships, APA continues to expand cultural events, language programs, and wellness supports.
